Terms of Purchase for Dagnedouer
These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern all orders placed for products (including work bags, handbags, travel bags, gym bags, and laptop bags) through the Dagnedouer website (“Site”). By placing an order on our Site, you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies posted on the Site. Please read these Terms carefully before making a purchase.
1. Order Placement and Confirmation
1.1 Placing an Order
To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, shipping address, email address, and phone number (if required). You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information, as incorrect details may result in delivery delays or order cancellations.
1.2 Order Confirmation
Upon submitting your order, you will receive an automated email acknowledgment confirming that we have received your order (“Order Acknowledgment”). This acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance of your order. We will send a separate “Order Confirmation” email once we have verified inventory availability, processed your payment, and accepted your order. The contract between you and Dagnedouer for the purchase of the ordered products will only be formed when we send the Order Confirmation.
1.3 Order Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases where: (a) the product is out of stock; (b) there is a pricing error or product description inaccuracy; (c) we suspect fraudulent activity; or (d) we are unable to verify your payment information. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales events) or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inventory delays).
- Delivery Timeframe: After dispatch, standard delivery typically takes 6–12 business days to reach your shipping address. This timeframe applies to all deliveries, regardless of your location (domestic or international), and no additional distinction is made between domestic and international delivery timelines.
- Delivery Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
3.2 Shipping Costs
Dagnedouer offers free global shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement. There are no additional shipping fees for domestic or international deliveries—this benefit is automatically applied to every order placed on the Site.
3.3 Delivery Responsibilities
We work with trusted logistics partners to deliver your order, but we are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: (a) customs clearance delays (for international orders); (b) natural disasters, weather conditions, or transportation disruptions; (c) incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by you; (d) failed delivery attempts due to your unavailability. If your package is returned to us due to undeliverable address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (if possible) or issue a refund (less any non-refundable fees, if applicable).
4. Returns Policy
4.1 Eligibility for Returns
You may return any unused, unworn, and undamaged product (in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact) for a refund or exchange within 60 days of the delivery date. Customized or personalized products (if offered) are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

5. Refunds

We strive to provide accurate and detailed product descriptions (including dimensions, materials, colors, and features) on the Site. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are error-free, complete, or current.
